Coonerang Language School is a fast-growing English academy based in Arroyomolinos (Madrid) . We are looking for native or bilingual English teachers with afternoon availability to join our team in February 2026 .
Coonerang is not a traditional academy.
We work with small groups (maximum 8 students) , a 100% English immersive environment , and a dynamic, gamified methodology focused on communication, confidence, leadership and real results .
Our students range from young learners and teens to adults learning English for professional growth or official exams .
What we offer
- Start date: February 2026
- Contract: Permanent (fijo discontinuo)
- Schedule: Afternoon block hours (Monday to Friday)
- Hours: 15-25 hours per week (part-time)
- Salary: 750€-1,200€ / month
- Small groups only (max. 8 students)

What we’re looking for :
We are not looking for passive or lecture-based teachers.
We want teachers who are:
- Native or C2-level English
- Experienced with young learners and/or teens
- Energetic, proactive and engaging in the classroom
- Comfortable leading activities, games and speaking-based tasks
- Able to follow a structured methodology and apply it consistently
- Organised, communicative and team-oriented
Preferred (not mandatory):
- CELTA / TEFL / university degree
- Experience in English academies
- Familiarity with gamified or communicative approaches
Mandatory:
- Legal right to work in Spain (EU passport or valid work permit)
