Are You a Good Match?
We are looking for a Boutique Assistant to support our Sales Associates during the sales process and elevate the client experience. You will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service and engagement to each client with respect to Van Cleef & Arpels' spirit and heritage.

Do you have strong attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment?
What are our expectations?
You will assist Sales Associates during presentation, provide support for event organization and develop personal knowledge and skills through self‑training.
- Have a previous experience in high touch customer service.
- Have worked successfully in a sales, luxury or hospitality environment.
- Have strong communication and organization skills.
- Be interested in learning about and sharing our Maison's rich heritage.
- Be agile, curious and reactive. Enjoy working in a fast moving and challenging environment.
- Look for solutions to ensure the client gets the best possible experience in store.
Qualifications
- 3 years in a fast‑paced luxury and/or sales background.
- English language skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Jewelry Certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Customer Services needs and customer priorities.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
