Position : Project Manager / Delivery Architect – Data Management

Location: Spain (Remote)

Duration : Permanent

Role Overview The Project Manager / Delivery Architect will design and implement the global Data Management capability across the GDMG tower. This includes Data Quality, Data Cleansing, Data Marketplace, Metadata & Accessibility, Role-Based Access, Data Product Onboarding, Reusability & Findability, and Master Data Management. The role spans both concept and implementation phases , ensuring alignment between Business, IT, and Analytics teams across a global delivery structure.

Must-Have Skills

• SAP BW / BW4HANA
• Snowflake and/or Databricks (governance + engineering)
• Enterprise Data Architecture / MDM

Nice-to-Have Skills

• SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC)
• Data marketplace & catalog tooling
• Google Cloud / Gemini for metadata insights
• Multi-location delivery management

Technical Expertise

• Enterprise data architecture across:
• Snowflake: modeling, governance, access patterns
• Databricks: Delta, governance, Unity Catalog equivalents
• SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) core data functions & integration
• SAP BW / BW4HANA data integration & cleansing
• Metadata modeling, structuring, and catalog design
• Data quality methodology & scoring design
• Master Data Management (MDM), modeling & principles
• AWS native compute, storage & data flows
• Azure data platform fundamentals (ADLS, pipelines)

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Strong facilitation & conflict resolution
• Excellent C-level communication skills
• Experience leading end-to-end towers (concept → build → run)
