About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our QMS Department and lead the implementation of Quality Management Systems for clients across the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Medical Device industries.

The successful candidate will assume a dual role: serving as Project Manager on client-facing implementation engagements, while concurrently overseeing and coordinating the department's internal resources assigned to those projects. This is a key position requiring both strong project leadership and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Quality Management System implementation projects for clients in regulated industries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring expectations are managed and objectives are met.
• Plan, allocate, and manage internal departmental resources across multiple concurrent projects.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication, providing regular status reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure successful project closure and the achievement of defined deliverables and outcomes.

Who We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project implementation within the Pharmaceutical industry or comparable regulated sectors (Biotechnology, Medical Devices).
• Demonstrated experience managing the full project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Strong stakeholder and resource management capabilities, across both external clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in established project management methodologies (e.G., Agile, Waterfall) and project tracking tools.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project scope, alongside effective risk and issue management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-service orientation.
• Prior experience on Quality Management–related implementation projects is highly valued.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus, as our systems are built on the Salesforce platform.
• A background in consultancy is an asset, although not a prerequisite.
• Fluency in Spanish and English at C level is required;

  proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.

• This is a hybrid position based in our Barcelona office. Candidates must be located within the Barcelona area, as regular on-site presence is required, with the flexibility to work remotely on a part-time basis.
