Qualifications
- +5 years of experience as a Project Manager in SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO)
- Strong knowledge of finance and controlling processes
- Proven expertise in SAP implementations, migrations, and rollouts
- Certification in SAP FI/CO or Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2) is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English (C1/native); Spanish or French are a plus
- Based in Valencia, Madrid, or Barcelona with a hybrid working model
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP FICO projects ensuring scope, budget, and timeline compliance
- Coordinate workshops with finance stakeholders and translate requirements into IT solutions
- Act as the main interface between business teams and SAP consultants
- Oversee solution design, testing, training, and go-live
- Ensure project governance, reporting, and documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of finance IT systems
