As an innovative Python Developer, you will play a key role in developing technology that shapes the future. You’ll build cutting-edge products that leverage machine learning and the latest LLMs (GPT-4, Claude 3, Mixtral, etc.) to create robust, scalable solutions that push boundaries in an industry ripe for disruption.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and productionize scalable systems using tools like Python, Flask, and modern backend architectures.
• Refine and review customer requirements, transforming them into real-world solutions that solve complex user problems.
• Work closely with business leaders, engineers, and content teams to identify and execute high-impact AI products and services.
• Implement robust monitoring, testing, auditing, and other controls to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability.
• Follow model and data governance, ethics, and compliance best practices to maintain the integrity of their AI-driven ecosystem.

Core Skills/Experience

• Proven experience: At least 5 years building commercial or research-based Machine Learning (ML) applications.
• Technical fluency: You are an expert in Python and consider unit testing a non-negotiable part of your process.
• Analytical mindset: You are comfortable organizing and analyzing complex data and can translate business needs into sophisticated ML solutions.
• Infrastructure & AI: Experience with AWS for security and scalability, and a genuine passion for the latest LLM technologies from OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Bonus points: It is highly valued if you have experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or React.
