We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the QA team, working in Agile environments and participating in the validation of complex, customer-facing systems. We are seeking a profile with solid experience in both manual and automated testing, with a strong quality-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Definition, design, and execution of manual and automated test cases.
• Participation in end-to-end validation of applications and services.
• Collaboration with development, engineering, and product teams in Agile environments.
• Identification, reporting, and tracking of defects.
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
• Use of QA tools for test planning, execution, and tracking.
• Participation in release validation, ensuring product quality before deployment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA roles.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Knowledge of QA tools and test management systems (e.g., Jira, Postman, or similar).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• C1 level of English (mandatory) .
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and quality-oriented mindset.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Contact Center systems, IVR, or customer interaction platforms.
• API and integration testing experience.
• Experience working with cloud or SaaS platforms.
