Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance test automation frameworks to improve operational stability and efficiency
- Support and evolve the architecture of the test automation framework
- Contribute to the development of end‑to‑end test automation
- Define QA structures of our products in the earliest development phase
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze application and framework issues
- Create detailed bug reports and improvement requests, including clear defect/change descriptions and priority classifications
- Stay adaptable and learn new tools and technologies aligned with organizational needs
- Advocate quality‑first principles within and across squads
- Integrate test automation solutions with DevOps tools for seamless delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in IT and software testing
- Solid understanding of software development and testing processes
- Test automation experience with JVM languages (Java, Kotlin, etc.); JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus
- Hands‑on experience with Linux systems and shell scripting
- Prior experience with web‑based testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright)
- Understanding of REST APIs, XML, and JSON formats
- API testing experience with REST and SOAP services using tools such as Postman, Bruno, RestAssured
- Working knowledge of GitLab or similar version control tools
- Experience with Docker for containerized environments
- Familiarity with databases and SQL
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab pipeline, GitHub Actions) – nice to have
- Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP or AWS is a plus)
- Knowledge of message security (asymmetric cryptography, TLS, OAuth2)
- Strong analytical skills and a problem‑solving mindset
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
