Work Environment Permanent contract. Our office is located in the center of Barcelona, perfectly accessible by public transport (metro, bus). Contribute to the overall quality of products Build and maintain test automation frameworks and tools Enable team to create and run reliable front-end and back-end tests Define testing strategies and ensure high-quality test data and coverage Integrate quality practices throughout the development lifecycle Ensure the continuous optimal performance of software Guide teams towards better quality practices given specific context Set up and maintain automated testing tools Manage data sets Raise awareness within the company about the importance of a solid quality strategy 5+ years of experience in QA engineering ~ Strong hands‑on experience in QA automation (end‑to‑end, integration, and unit testing) ~ Experience with modern test automation tools, Cypress and/or Playwright ~ Ability to define and implement testing strategies across multiple teams or projects ~ Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading QA initiatives within product or engineering teams ~ Passionate about building a quality mindset across teams, not just writing tests ~ Fluent in English ~ ISTQB Test Automation certification is a plus
