Key Skills &

Qualifications: ✔ Spanish proficiency with strong English comprehension and writing skills ✔ Experience in AI quality evaluation, data annotation, content moderation, or related fields preferred ✔ Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail ✔ Experience in prompt engineering and conversational AI evaluation is a plus ✔ Ability to independently evaluate nuanced AI responses and provide structured feedback ✔ BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in fields like Linguistics, Journalism, Computer Science, Policy, Ethics, or related disciplines What You’ll Work On:

• Design and execute multi-turn AI prompts using personal context • Evaluate AI-generated responses for relevance, grounding, and helpfulness • Compare and rank model outputs side-by-side (SxS) • Identify hallucinations, incorrect personalization, and poor inferences • Write clear evaluation rationales and annotations • Collaborate with AI research and evaluation teams globally Important Requirements:
• Willingness to use your primary personal Google account for evaluations • Full-time schedule flexibility in local time zone • Minimum commitment of 30 hrs/week with overlap with PST • Strong internet connection and desktop/laptop setup required
