Real Estate Due Diligence Consultant – Madrid

Arcadis is seeking a Consultant (f/m/d) to join our Technical Advisory team in Madrid, Spain. This temporary position offers an opportunity to gain experience within an international consultancy environment. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, strong soft skills, and an innovative, digital orientation, reporting to the Team Leader.

Responsibilities include supporting technical due diligences, risk analysis for real estate assets, and cost estimation for asset defects.
