Partner is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned corporate positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, attract high-quality talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Partner serves as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process while ensuring recruiting activities are executed efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with PACS' hiring standards and employment brand. Builds qualified candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing strategies. Maintains recruiting data integrity within Workday.
Supports recruiting projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates. Represent the PACS employment brand professionally.
