Responsibilities Manage multiple categories within indirect spend. Conduct product/service sourcing, supplier selection, pricing/terms negotiation, and supplier performance management. Report to the Group Procurement Indirect Spend Director and collaborate closely with supply chain, operations, and external suppliers.
Ensure strong supplier relationships and develop sustainable value‑adding solutions. Continuously optimize regional indirect spend categories for Southern & Eastern Europe. Provide timely reporting and strategy procurement insights.
Qualifications Experience managing indirect spend with a global approach and ability to work with diverse cultures. Excellent analytical skills and strong IT skills in MS applications. Skilled negotiator with large experience in stakeholder management. In possession of a strategy procurement toolbox. Clear understanding of the regional market and categories. English proficiency (written and verbal); Spanish language is a plus. Self‑starter with resilience, determination, and a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
