Responsibilities
- Organize
- Be the Regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) and the Regional Single‑Point of Contact (SPoC) for Schneider One Solutions teams regarding all Power System Study (PSS) technical topics, methodology, tools (ETAP) & practices.
- Support the PSS execution management to optimize their efficiency by leveraging all the PSS teams in the Region and Globally (Field Services, Regional Support Platform, Global system engineering and expertise).
- Propose or align all pre‑sales and execution processes to ensure efficiency.
- Animate
- Support/animate/educate the Regional Salesforces to better promote PSS.
- Identify/qualify/train on PSS execution teams in the region.
- Gather and animate the PSS Sales and Execution Community in the region, delivering training according to the needs (on PSS hard skills + on ETAP software).
- Be the link between the Global Expertise Management and the Regional PSS Community.
- Execute and Support
- Support Pre Sales and Execution teams regarding technical questions.
- Deliver/validate PSS complex quotations in the region and complex studies upon necessity.
- Responsible for the quality of execution delivered in the Region by the different teams (validate studies and reports).
- Manage escalation to Expert team in France.
