We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Area Sales Manager–Iberica (Spain & Portugal) to join our Global Commercial Team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing Mute’s presence across Iberica through strategic sales development and strong partner relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive Mute’s sales growth across the CEE region by developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies aligned with global business objectives.
- Build and expand a strong network of distributors and partners, providing them with the tools and support needed to succeed.
- Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market activity, investment projects and end-user trends across the region.
- Own the regional sales pipeline and revenue targets, ensuring effective forecasting and CRM management in close collaboration with the Integral Commercial team.
- Represent Mute across Iberica through regular travel, client meetings and industry events, including hosting partners in our showrooms in the CEE region.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in furniture, design, architectural products, construction or related industries.
- Proven track record of developing distribution networks and achieving sales targets across multiple countries.
- Ability to track and influence project pipelines.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt to diverse cultural environments.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools; comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
- Experience coordinating showroom operations or organising client events.
