As our international Belgium-based partner is expanding their influence globally, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts on the Iberian and Italian markets. Embarking on this opportunity, you would be taking part in a rapidly growing company at the forefront of high-quality modular systems for indoor & outdoor environments and events.
Your responsibilities and impact working as a Sales Manager will be:
- Develop and lead the full sales cycle on the Iberian and Italian markets
- Identify key client relationships, driving new business opportunities and cultivate them by visiting clients on-site providing them top-notch quality service
- Conduct thorough market analysis to stay abreast of trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of the offered soutions, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of product features, capabilities, and benefits.
- Develop and implement strategies that align with market trends, ensuring a strong market presence and sustained growth.
- Formulate and execute a robust sales strategy to meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Efficiently manage and coordinate all sales activities to optimize performance and achieve organizational objectives.
- Full fluency in Spanish and English in both speaking and writing (Professional proficiency in an additional language like Portuguese, or Italian is a plus)
- Affinity with technique and technical product selling especially focued on modular booth systems.
- Min. 5 years of Sales / Business Development / Account Management experience involving product selling.
- Availability, drive and willingness to travel frequently.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Extensive knowledge of performance metrics and figures.
- Self-starter, who is highly motivated and capable of operating effectively and autonomously from remote location.
- You are preferably located in- or near the Barcelona region.
