What You'll Be DoingLeading risk assessments across fleet and workshop environmentsAuditing operations (workshops, parts, fleet) to ensure full complianceDriving internal & supplier audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvementTracking QHSE KPIs, investigating incidents, and improving standardsSupporting ISO (9001, 45001, 14001) & ISAGO complianceWorking closely with stakeholders across Europe to embed best practices What We're Looking ForBackground in GSE, heavy equipment, or automotive environmentsExperience in QHSE, auditing, or compliance roles (multi-site preferred)Strong understanding of ISO standards and HSE regulationsConfident, proactive, and able to influence teams on the groundEnglish and Spanish speakingOpen to regular European travel (~50%)EU passport holder Why This Role?Real ownership across a complex, international operationHighly visible role with direct impact on safety and performanceOpportunity to drive change, improve standards, and shape best practice
