We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager to join a growing hospitality group expanding in the United States. You will play a key role in driving operational performance, strengthening brand culture, and supporting the growth of the business . This is a hands-on leadership position with real opportunities for career progression within an expanding organization .
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant , ensuring smooth service and operational efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to maintain high standards of hospitality, quality, and consistency .
- Drive sales performance and commercial initiatives , identifying opportunities to grow revenue and improve profitability.
- Monitor key operational KPIs including guest satisfaction, labor productivity, and cost control .
- Ensure strong team culture and engagement , fostering an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and business development opportunities .
- Maintain excellence in food quality, service standards, and brand experience .
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline .
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards .
- 4–7 years of experience in restaurant management or multi-unit hospitality operations .
- Strong commercial mindset , with the ability to drive sales and optimize profitability.
- Highly operational and hands-on , comfortable leading from the floor.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into operational execution .
- Excellent communication and leadership skills .
- Passion for hospitality, quality food, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Competitive salary $70,000 – $80,000 annually .
