We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager to join a growing hospitality group expanding in the United States. This role is ideal for a leader who combines operational excellence with commercial vision , and who is passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will play a key role in driving operational performance, strengthening brand culture, and supporting the growth of the business . This is a hands-on leadership position with real opportunities for career progression within an expanding organization .

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant , ensuring smooth service and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the team to maintain high standards of hospitality, quality, and consistency .
  • Drive sales performance and commercial initiatives , identifying opportunities to grow revenue and improve profitability.
  • Monitor key operational KPIs including guest satisfaction, labor productivity, and cost control .
  • Ensure strong team culture and engagement , fostering an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and business development opportunities .
  • Maintain excellence in food quality, service standards, and brand experience .
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline .
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards .
Ideal Profile
  • 4–7 years of experience in restaurant management or multi-unit hospitality operations .
  • Strong commercial mindset , with the ability to drive sales and optimize profitability.
  • Highly operational and hands-on , comfortable leading from the floor.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into operational execution .
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills .
  • Passion for hospitality, quality food, and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required
