Company Description El Gordito is an all-day cantina and coffee that offers a mix of food, coffee, natural wines, and sake. El Gordito is expanding and we are looking for a full-time, on-site position for a Store Manager at El Gordito, located in Madrid.

The Store

Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of El Gordito, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficient store performance.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, coordinating schedules, implementing strategies, and maintaining a positive guest experience.

Experience in Store Management, including inventory oversight and team leadership Knowledge of best practices to manage people and a store Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred
