This Position Reports To Operations Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities The mission of the Service Robotics Product Line is to grow our robotics business beyond traditional manufacturing and logistics industries. Tapping into our broad portfolio of products and cutting-edge technology, Service Robotics focuses on bringing the benefits of automation to customers in the healthcare, life sciences, food service and retail point of sale segments In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects.

Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

• Work model:

This role is contributing to the Service Robotics Product Line in Europe. You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
• Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
• Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications For The Role

• You are highly skilled in and passionate about working with robotics systems, automation platforms, and project management methodologies. Familiarity with the laboratory automation domain is a plus.
• You bring +4 years of experience in robotics, automation, laboratory technologies, or related technical fields, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• You have hands-on experience supporting proposal and pre-sales phases, including engaging in customer discussions to clarify requirements, defining, and adjusting scope based on technical and commercial constraints, presenting tailored technical solutions, estimating costs, and coordinating vendors.
• You are driven by innovation and collaboration, with strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• You hold a degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, with solid knowledge of automation and robotics technologies.
• You have excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
