In this role you will review, process and distribute safety data across service lines to internal and external stakeholders. You will work under guidance from senior operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulations. You will perform pharmacovigilance activities, including AE collection, coding, and narrative writing, while maintaining quality and productivity.
You will contribute to team success through problem solving, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration. This position offers impact by supporting patient safety initiatives within a global clinical research context.

- Prioritize and complete assigned trainings on time
- Process safety data per regulations, guidelines, SOPs, and project requirements
- Conduct pharmacovigilance tasks: collect and track AE/endpoint information, determine status, perform database entry, code AEs and products, write narratives, and manage literature activities
- Meet quality and productivity standards per project requirements
- Ensure compliance with project-related processes and activities
- Create, maintain, and track cases as per project plan
- Identify quality problems and escalate to a senior team member
- Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities
- Mentor new team members when assigned
- Attend project team meetings and provide feedback on challenges or successes
- Maintain 100% compliance with people practices and processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree with 1-1.5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills in Greek (native/C2), English (min. xugodme C1) and French, Italian or German (min. C1)
- Good knowledge of medical terminology, safety databases, and clinical research regulations
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to high-quality work
- Willingness to learn, support team objectives, and demonstrate company values
- Flexible to work shifts, travel occasionally, and engage in duties requiring regular communication
