We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Hunter) to join our growing team in the printing industry. Ideally based in Barcelona, this role is focused on new business development , targeting clients across Spain and French-speaking markets.

The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a strong ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the printing and graphic arts sector
- Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Spanish and French-speaking markets
- Present and promote the company's printing solutions and services
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Proven experience as a hunter sales profile (new business acquisition)
- Background in the printing, packaging, or graphic arts industry is highly desirable
- Native or bilingual level of Spanish and French (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage xugodme time effectively
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
