We are currently expanding our commercial team and looking for a highly experienced Real Estate Sales Advisor to join us in Villajoyosa . You will play a key role in the commercialization of our premium residential developments, accompanying clients throughout the entire sales journey — from first contact to closing. This role is designed for a senior profile with strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills , and proven experience selling premium real estate products to demanding clients.

You will work with qualified leads generated by the company while also contributing proactively to business development and network building. Management and follow-up of qualified national and international leads Conducting property presentations and sales meetings Coordination with marketing, legal, and operations teams CRM management and sales reporting Participation in commercial events, networking, and partnerships Contribution to improving the customer experience and sales process Proven experience in premium real estate sales or luxury residential developments Native Spanish speaker or bilingual level High level of English (additional languages such as Polish, Dutch, French, German, or Scandinavian languages are highly valued) Experience working with CRM tools High-quality product with strong brand positioning Qualified leads and strong marketing support Office located in Villajoyosa, Costa Blanca We are creating a Mediterranean lifestyle brand designed for people who value architecture, sea views, wellbeing, and exceptional living experiences.
