About the Team The Business Process & Excellence Team is a dynamic group of experts responsible for driving operational excellence across Autodesk's GTM organizations by partnering with program leaders to ensure strategic projects and programs are delivered according to established project management, readiness, and business process frameworks.
Responsibilities Identify the impact on internal business processes from Company Strategic Initiatives. Design, maintain, and evolve business process maps according to Growth and Transformation programs. Support business process owners in their efforts to create, optimize, and automate our services. Facilitate process workshops with cross-organization audiences. Observe processes in action. Solve process-related problems and advise the Program team on recommendations.
Indicators and measure them. Measure and report on process effectiveness and ensure processes are supporting the evolution of company goals.
Autodesk standards – brand assets, experience, processes, tools, teams. Partner with our readiness teams, as needed, to be sure our teams are prepared for changes to our processes or how we govern them.
Requirements 3+ years of business process mapping, re-engineering, or similar experience. Expert skills with process mapping software (Visio, Lucidchart) and methodologies (BPMN, EDP). Ability to understand process details and how they link to our strategy and goals. Facilitate working sessions and drive outcomes. Able to initiate and nurture relationships at all levels. Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with Business Process Management Platform (Signavio, Nintex).
Experience with PowerBI and extracting insights from dashboards. Knowledge of enterprise contact centers and CRM systems (Salesforce). Sales, customer success, or customer support experience.
