WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ~+3 years of proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SSFF) ~ Experience coordinating HR technical projects in international environments ~ Strong English communication skills ~ Experience managing distributed teams and external providers ~ Knowledge of HR systems support and evolution management ~ Ability to collaborate with IT, HR, and Finance stakeholders ~ Experience with SAP Concur, SAP Payroll, or SAP FI is a plus ~ Advanced Spanish is a plus WHAT WILL YOU DO? Coordinate technical support activities and HR-related projects Manage support processes and coordinate system evolutions and improvements Act as a bridge between IT, HR, and Finance teams Follow up on project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders Coordinate external providers and distributed teams Support the implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools Ensure smooth communication across international teams and departments Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
