We are currently seeking a talented Delivery Lead to join our team at BASF's Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory. The SAP Technical Lead – S/4HANA Basis is responsible for leading the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA systems. This role ensures system stability, performance, and availability while supporting business-critical SAP landscapes.

Ensure the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including developed code, stored in Azure DevOps. Align new requirements with team capacity, priorities, and report team performance to stakeholders. Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure successful implementation, offering training or coaching for enhanced collaboration.

University degree in Computer Science Internal & External Stakeholder Management. Extensive experience in software development, architecture and solution design. Leadership experience within Agile Organizations.
