Senior AI Consultant - Python / PySpark / AWS

We are looking for a Senior AI Consultant with experience in AWS, PySpark, Python, and LLM-based architectures to join an AI Factory environment working on enterprise artificial intelligence solutions in a hybrid setup in Madrid. The role involves collaborating across design, development, and deployment phases of AI-driven solutions including virtual assistants, email classification systems, and intelligent automation platforms.

Required qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related technical discipline. DevOps certifications are considered a plus. Professional experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience working with AWS environments, PySpark, Python development, and LLM-based architectures.

Main responsibilities: Participate in solution design together with cross-functional technical teams. Document low-level technical architecture and solution components. Apply software engineering best practices across AI solution development. Implement and industrialize agent management layers including infrastructure and RAG-based architectures. Perform testing activities and generate measurable quality metrics. Deploy solutions into corporate environments and validate implementation quality.

Required technologies: AWS, PySpark, Python, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub collaboration environments, LLM architectures. Nice-to-have technologies: Distributed computing architectures, application security, microservices architecture, DevOps certifications.

Languages: Spanish – Expert level. Candidate skills: Strong collaboration capability, structured development mindset, attention to quality metrics, ability to work in distributed enterprise environments, proactive attitude and problem-solving ability.
