Senior Associate, Data & Technology

KRKA FARMACÉUTICA, S.L., a member of multinational pharmaceutical company Krka, present in over 70 countries and leader in the production and distribution of medicines, is looking for IT Associate.

Major tasks and duties

Cooperating with the central IT team of the Krka Group in development, implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure (CRM, ERP, Document Management Center)

Participating and leading local development of IT systems and other technical projects

Train end-users on HW functionalities, SW applications and IT security

Act as local help desk, providing technical support for IT systems to users and report incidents/requests to central service desk

Cooperating in procurement of IT equipment (hardware, network, mobile, system applications)

Setting up and updating local IT procedures according to the Krka Group policies and standards

Technical support in the preparation of operational reports

We expect application from candidates who have:

Some years of work experience in similar positions

Proficient in MS Office applications and good understanding of CRM / ERP (Dynamics 365 Business Central) systems

Very good English and good communication skills
