Job Requisition ID # 26WD100166 Role Overview The Senior Associate License Compliance Representative is an experienced individual contributor responsible for independently managing a moderate volume of compliance leads. This role uses telemetry tools to identify potential licensing violations, engages mid-level customer contacts, supports resolution planning, and contributes to protecting Autodesk’s intellectual property.

Responsibilities - Compliance Management: Independently manage a moderate volume of compliance leads using established procedures - Business Analysis: Utilize telemetry tools to identify patterns of non-compliance - Customer Engagement: Communicate licensing issues, send warning letters, and escalate cases - Compliance Expertise: Demonstrate working knowledge of Autodesk licensing models - Sales Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales teams to align messaging and share insights - Communication & Influence - Customer Engagement - Business & Analytical Skills - Adaptability & Collaboration - Sales Process Support Minimum Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience in compliance, auditing, revenue protection, customer success, or similar roles - Experience reviewing data or conducting investigations - Strong communication skills tailored to mid-level customer contacts - Ability to manage caseloads independently - Foundational negotiation skills - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Fluent in Portuguese and English Preferred Qualifications - Experience with telemetry, audit tools, or licensing analytics - Background in software licensing or IP protection - Exposure to SaaS or subscription business models - Experience drafting compliance communications - Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration with sales, legal, operations Salary Transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package.
