- Design and develop backend systems with

- Work on complex integrations: payments, ecommerce, logistics.
- Build

for new product features.
- Mentor teammates and drive best practices (TDD, testing).
- *What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of backend experience (senior/lead).
- Strong experience with Python and similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, AWS, and scalable system design.

- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
