We’re currently supporting a fast-growing, international EdTech platform (part of a publicly listed global learning group) as they expand their presence across the Spanish market.

This is a senior, new‑business focused opportunity within a high-growth SaaS environment.

The Role The successful hire will lead strategic growth across Spain, working enterprise and mid-market corporate clients within HR / L&D functions.

Key focus areas include

Managing full-cycle sales (with SDR support)

Building and forecasting pipeline accurately

Engaging decision-makers across HR, Talent, and Learning functions

Representing the brand at regional events and trade shows

Acting as a senior presence within the team and sharing best practice

Ideal Profile

Experience selling into HR / L&D / Training departments

Structured sales approach (MEDDPICC beneficial)

Commercially strategic and hands‑on
