Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cybersecurity projects end-to-end, from planning through execution and closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate daily tasks for evaluators, optimizing workload distribution across multiple product evaluations to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams in different locations.
- Help ensure our clients' products are designed and implemented to the highest security standards.
- Analyze technical documentation of IT products, including security targets, design, functional specifications, installation & operation guidance, life‐cycle models, and source code.
- Perform penetration testing and security assessment for devices.
- Prepare evaluation technical reports with the results of the analysis.
- Work directly with the internal team and customers to solve challenging software and hardware problems.
Qualifications
- +5 years of demonstrated experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication, or equivalent.
- Understanding of IT architectures: hardware, software, networks and operating systems.
- Ability to read and analyze technical documentation (product specifications, user guides, etc.).
- Ability to translate complex security architectures and test results into clear, concise, and structured technical reports.
- Demonstrated hands‐on experience with Linux.
- Familiarity with network penetration testing and tools such as Nmap, Metasploit, Wireshark, and Netcat.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash).
- Clear and concise technical reporting and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, team management, and problem‐solving.
- Aptitude for teamwork, cooperative and goal‐oriented mindset with a passion for learning and working in a dynamic environment; keen to learn day to day.
- General knowledge of Cyber Security standard frameworks such as ISO 27000 or GDPR.
- CEH, OSCP or similar certifications.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
