About the Company We are currently representing an established, profitable recruitment marketplace that is scaling its engineering team to build the next generation of its global platform. Our client has successfully bridged the gap between independent recruiters and world‑class innovators (working with industry leaders like Accenture, Inditex, and TravelPerk). They are now moving into an "AI-first" evolution of their product, seeking a Senior Engineer who is passionate about Applied AI and high-level product craft.

The Opportunity

Our client isn't looking for a "feature factory" developer. They need a Product Engineer who wants to work end-to-end - from initial design discussions to production-ready delivery. You will be instrumental in integrating LLMs, embeddings, and semantic search to make their marketplace smarter and more intuitive.

The Tech Stack

They maintain a modern, type-safe environment with a strong focus on clean architecture:

• Frontend: React, Next.js, TailwindCSS - Backend: NestJS, Sequelize, MariaDB / PostgreSQL - Cloud: AWS (ECS, EC2, S3), Docker, Auth0 - Engineering Standards: SOLID, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Hexagonal Architecture What Our Client is Looking For - TypeScript Expert: Strong experience across the full stack, specifically with React and NestJS.
• AI Enthusiast: Someone eager to move beyond the hype and implement real AI value (semantic search, intelligent automation).
• Pragmatic Architect: You value clean, maintainable code but stay focused on shipping impact and solving user problems.
• Collaborative Mindset: You thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy working closely with Product and Design teams.
