About the Role (agresivo, clarísimo)

We are hiring a hands-on JavaScript Developer to build and maintain custom code inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 .

This is a development role focused on real coding (form scripting, Web Resources, event handlers, integrations) — not a functional consultant role .

If you don’t enjoy writing JavaScript daily, this won’t be a fit.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain JavaScript customizations inside Dynamics 365 CE .

• Implement form scripting (OnLoad/OnChange), validation logic, and UI behaviors.

• Develop and deploy Web Resources and client-side components.

• Work with formContext / executionContext and best practices for maintainable code.

• Implement and support Channel Integration Framework (CIF) integrations.

• Integrate external services via REST APIs .

• Collaborate with Product/BA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Ensure code quality, performance, and stability in production.

Must-Have (no negociable)

• Proven, hands-on experience coding JavaScript in Dynamics 365 CE .

• Solid experience with Web Resources + form events (formContext/executionContext).

• Experience with CIF (Channel Integration Framework) or similar CTI/softphone integrations.

• Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready code.

• English B1+.

Nice to Have

• Customer Service Workspace (CSW) experience.

• TypeScript.

• Experience with CTI providers and omnichannel/contact center environments.
