As IT Manager, you will lead all aspects of the school's IT infrastructure, operations and user support, ensuring a secure, scalable and high-performing technology environment aligned with the group's global IT strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of the school's network infrastructure, including WiFi, switching, firewalls and VLAN segmentation.
- Ensure high availability, security and performance across all IT systems and connectivity.
- Drive IT strategy and infrastructure projects in collaboration with the Group IT team.
- Oversee cybersecurity, GDPR compliance and the implementation of IT policies.
- Manage servers, devices, educational platforms and critical IT services.
- Coordinate external vendors and technology partners while providing hands-on technical leadership and user support.
What we're looking for
- 5 years of experience managing enterprise network infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on expertise in WiFi, switching (L2/L3), VLANs, firewalls, NAT and network segmentation.
- Experience troubleshooting complex network environments and implementing secure IT infrastructures.
- Previous experience in IT management, ideally within education or multi-site organisations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace is desirable.
- Networking certifications (CCNA, Aruba, Fortinet or similar) are a plus.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills. (C1)
- A proactive, hands-on professional with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
