We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to help design and scale the internal infrastructure platform that powers our engineering teams.

In this role, you will operate at the architecture level , defining the foundations that allow multiple teams to build, deploy, and scale services efficiently and reliably.You will focus on platform architecture, Kubernetes environments, infrastructure standardization, and developer experience .

This is a high-impact role responsible for enabling engineering teams to move faster while maintaining scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Platform Architecture &

• ScalabilityDesign and evolve the internal developer platform used by multiple engineering teamsArchitect and maintain scalable Kubernetes clusters and environmentsDefine platform architecture patterns for microservices and cloud-native workloadsInfrastructure StandardizationBuild and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules and reusable infrastructure componentsStandardize infrastructure provisioning across teamsEstablish best practices for infrastructure lifecycle managementCI/CD &

• Developer ExperienceImprove and scale CI/CD frameworks and pipelinesReduce friction in the development lifecycleDrive improvements in developer experience (DX) and platform usabilityCost &

• EfficiencyDefine and implement cloud cost optimization strategiesImprove resource utilization and infrastructure efficiencyMonitor infrastructure performance and scalabilityLeadership &

• CollaborationMentor and support cloud and infrastructure engineersCollaborate with engineering teams to understand platform needsPromote platform best practices across the organization

Requirements

5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or SREStrong experience designing cloud-native architecturesDeep expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestrationHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar)Strong experience with CI/CD systems and automationExperience operating infrastructure at multi-team scaleStrong system design and architecture skillsExcellent communication and mentoring abilities

Nice to Have (experience with)

Experience building internal developer platformsKnowledge of GitOps workflowsExperience with multi-cluster Kubernetes environmentsBackground in platform reliability or SRE practicesExperience with cost optimization in large cloud environments
