We are the European Travel-Tech leader in Dynamic Holiday Packages. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. Job Title - Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) Working model – hybrid from Madrid / full-remote from Spain Team - you will join the Product Designer team within the Value Stream department. Level – Professional (working in teams or individually on projects, with emphasis on technical/discipline knowledge rather than managing people) Contract – Permanent – full-time (EUR 36 h/week) Own the full design process, from early discovery and testing to asset delivery and consulting with engineers Design mobile first. We're mainly looking for someone to work on the web product, but mobile app experience is a plus.

Be part of the Product Design team that you can rely on to share and collect feedback. Help the team revamp the entire product from a UI/UX perspective. Solid hands-on experience as a product designer, preferably in the checkout step in e-commerce or online travel agencies.

You have a strong portfolio showcasing great UX and UI solutions, having worked on initiatives end to end from Product Discovery to continuous improvements You seek out and translate qualitative and quantitative data to turn it into actionable design insights Deep understanding of design systems, with experience contributing to them at scale. You are fluent in spoken and written English Shorter working week (36h as full time), with a half working day on Fridays Possibility to work from anywhere for a period of time per year defined according to local regulations Fri-Yays: half a day on Friday morning with a no-meeting mandate and dedicated to deep work, personal growth, learning and training and/or focus time. Professional and managerial skills development training paths, access to e-learning platforms such as O'reilly, Udemy, Coursera (depending on the department), and to our internal platform offering bespoke training content Occasional social events to foster connections among colleagues in line with local laws.
