Experience

Product Tech Lead (AI Solution)

Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role driving end-to-end delivery of complex systems.

Proven experience in defining and implementing scalable, modular, and sustainable architectures for AI and data platforms, ensuring reusability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise strategy.

Strong track record in designing and delivering AI‑powered and data‑intensive applications in enterprise environments.

Deep expertise in Python, with proficiency in one or more additional languages such as C#, Java, or Scala.

Cloud, Data & AI Expertise

Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including Azure OpenAI, Azure Data Platform (Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory), and cloud-native services.

Strong experience in data architecture and data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) to support analytics and AI use cases.

Proven ability to design and manage data pipelines and data products (batch and real‑time), ensuring scalability and reliability.

Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, security, and lifecycle management in enterprise environments.

Experience working with large‑scale structured and unstructured data, including modern data formats (e.g., Parquet, Delta).

Familiarity with semantic models and analytics layers (e.g., Power BI, Fabric) to enable business consumption of data.

Architecture, Integration & Engineering Practices

Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, API design, and integration patterns.

Experience with enterprise system integration, particularly with SAP and Salesforce ecosystems is a plus.

Hands‑on experience with DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps practices, including CI/CD, model lifecycle management, and production deployment of AI solutions.

Familiarity with modern data and messaging formats (e.g., JSON, Avro).

Certifications & Languages

Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, or AI Engineer) are a plus. xugodme
