Senior UX Designer for Datavant’s Provider Console, you own end-to-end user experience, shaping a unified provider-facing platform. You will reduce friction and self-service barriers, contributing to a scalable product that minimizes support interactions. Your work spans multiple products to deliver a coherent experience and scalable design system. You’ll collaborate across PM, engineering and customer teams to define strategy and drive measurable improvements.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

• Define and maintain overall experience architecture for Provider Console and ensure cohesive navigation across products
• Lead self-service design to reduce provider support and improve onboarding
• Conduct provider research and usability testing to ground decisions in real behavior
• Collaborate with PM, engineering, and adjacent product teams to ensure consistent integration patterns
• Build and maintain a shared component library and design system documentation for Provider Console
• Design proactive notifications and transparent status experiences to reduce information gaps

Responsabilidades

• 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showing platform thinking
• Experience designing multi-product or multi-surface platforms with strong navigation architecture
• Proven track record of self-service design reducing human intervention in complex workflows
• Strong information xugodme architecture and interaction design skills
• Experience conducting and synthesizing user research and working with business stakeholders
• Comfort working across product and engineering teams with clear dependencies and communication
