Site Supervisor Construction

Key Responsibilities The appointed H&MV CSA Site Manager will be responsible for the management of all CSA construction activities, to achieve required project delivery to the customers' objectives, whilst maintaining standards of health and safety, quality environmental impact and cost control. The CSA Site Manager is responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising the work of all site operatives, ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget along with managing equipment and materials required. This involves ensuring all Company and legal regulations are implemented, that all required documentation is completed as necessary and recording daily work on site.

Daily Tasks

Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. Ensure correct resources in a timely manner to meet program demands oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with construction and safety regulations. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

Meet contractual conditions of performance to deliver on time and budget. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. Conduct regular safety and quality reports.

Maintain strong working relationships with sub-contractors and clients. Work well independently and as part of a team within a busy construction environment. Have excellent communication skills with high levels of attention to detail.

Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Essential

Background in civil ground works with a strong understanding of concrete and rebar construction with high finishing standards. First aid qualification (Training can be provided). KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Safety Meet all relevant Legislative, Regulatory, and applicable local area and country regulations. Monitor and measure appointed sub-contractor safety compliance.

Quality

Accountable that the quality of our work, will be always perform to the highest standards. Carry out regular Quality Audits during site visits. Ensure compliance in H&MV Quality policies on site by all, lead from the top.

Commercial

Ensure compliance in H&MV commercial policies on site by all, lead from the top. Monitor and measure appointed sub-contractor commercial compliance.

Planning

Review all project schedules for construction, ensure all milestones and deadlines will be met, to include long lead equipment and material.

Client

Meeting with clients, third parties and managers to report on safety, progress, and quality. #
