Software Engineer (Java / Microservices / Ott)

Murcia, Spain (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Software Engineer on behalf of a client we provide consulting services to, operating in the OTT / video streaming industry.

In this role, you will design and implement scalable integrations between internal systems and partner APIs, contributing to high-quality software solutions in a complex technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop API integrations (internal & external)

Build and maintain microservices-based architectures

Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and reviews

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, DevOps, PMs)

Contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes

Requirements

Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot

Solid background in microservices architecture

Hands-on experience with GraphQL and gRPC

Experience with REST APIsGood knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar SQL databases

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)
