We’re looking for a

• *Senior/Staff Software Engineer**

to join a high-impact

• *Platform team**

building the foundations of a modern, cloud-native product used in AI-driven environments.

This role focuses on designing and evolving

• *core platform services, internal APIs, and infrastructure abstractions**

that enable engineering teams to build, scale, and operate efficiently.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the platform architecture, improving developer experience, and reducing system complexity at scale.

🧠 What you’ll do

• Design and evolve
• *core platform services**

and internal APIs used across multiple teams

• Lead architectural initiatives (e.g.
• *gRPC adoption, event-driven systems, platform refactoring**

)

• Own and improve
• *control-plane components and cluster-level systems
• Build abstractions that
• *simplify infrastructure and reduce cognitive load

for engineers

• Develop
• *production-grade services in Go**

(and Python when needed)

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enable scalable platform capabilities
• Improve
• *scalability, reliability, and developer experience**

through thoughtful system design

• Participate in production support when needed, focusing on
• *long-term solutions over quick fixes**

✅ What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in
• *platform, infrastructure or distributed systems engineering
• Strong proficiency in
• *Go and/or Python
• Solid experience with
• *Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures
• Deep understanding of
• *distributed systems and API design
• Experience building and operating
• *production systems used by other teams**
