We're looking for a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to join a high-impact Platform team building the foundations of a modern, cloud-native product used in AI-driven environments.

This role focuses on designing and evolving core platform services, internal APIs, and infrastructure abstractions that enable engineering teams to build, scale, and operate efficiently.You'll play a key role in shaping the platform architecture, improving developer experience, and reducing system complexity at scale.

What you'll doDesign and evolve core platform services and internal APIs used across multiple teamsLead architectural initiatives (e.g. gRPC adoption, event-driven systems, platform refactoring )Own and improve control-plane components and cluster-level systemsBuild abstractions that simplify infrastructure and reduce cognitive load for engineersDevelop production-grade services in Go (and Python when needed)Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enable scalable platform capabilitiesImprove scalability, reliability, and developer experience through thoughtful system designParticipate in production support when needed, focusing on long-term solutions over quick fixes

What we're looking for5+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure or distributed systems engineeringStrong xugodme proficiency in Go and/or PythonSolid experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architecturesDeep understanding of distributed systems and API designExperience building and operating production systems used by other teams
