Software Engineer (TypeScript/JavaScript)

• We’re looking for a midlevel or senior IC to join our Platform/API engineering team. You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and promoting our JavaScript client library, working closely with our design team to bring production-ready interfaces to life
• This role is primarily focused on TypeScript/JavaScript, with some full-stack/Python work as well
• Own, build, and maintain our JavaScript client library, ensuring it is robust, well-tested, and easy for external users to integrate with
• Integrate native libraries into JavaScript/TypeScript code using tools like N-API, node-addon-api, or Wasm
• Build responsive, performant front-end applications using React, Redux, Vite, Web Workers, and WebSockets
• Contribute to full-stack projects, including backend work in Python (or Rust), REST API design, and database/migration work
• Work between design and engineering teams to translate designs (e.g. Figma handoffs) into production-ready components and design systems
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including publishing to npm
• Document components using Storybook or similar tooling
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth feature rollouts and updates
