In this role you drive the program development lifecycle for cutting-edge software within Alstom’s rail ecosystem in Madrid. You will shape the program roadmap, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver baselines aligned with the Management Plan and QCD commitments. You’ll interface on technical matters, oversee configuration management, and support engineering cost and planning. You contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and ethical, high-standard engineering.

• Elaborate the program roadmap and baselines with the program core team
• Organize the program development process and drive continuous improvement
• Lead program development activities to deliver items per commitments
• Serve as technical interface with System Application Architects for systems
• Manage program item configurations with the Configuration Manager
• Support engineering cost and planning management for the Program Manager
• Validate material selection and procurement activities with the Program Manager
• Promote the Alstom Code of Ethics and highest standards of conduct

Responsabilidades

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication or Industrial Engineering
• Experience as a software system engineer
• Team management experience
• Experience working transversally xugodme with Engineering teams
• Product and domain knowledge
• Concurrent engineering experience
• QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) Management
• Design for Quality Life Cycle
• English communication skills
