We are looking for a Middle/Senior Solution Engineer to bridge enterprise customer needs with advanced IT/OT software solutions, accelerating time to value through strategic onboarding and technical advisory. In this role, you’ll partner with Product, R&D, and Customer Success to design scalable SaaS implementations, guide enterprise integration, and influence solution architecture. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape digital transformation initiatives while acting as a trusted advisor to large organizations.

What you will do Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IT software solutions, including capabilities, integration points, and value proposition for very large enterprises;

Partner with internal stakeholders and meet with client stakeholders to identify needs, challenges, and objectives, translating them into customer solutions that decrease time to value;

Drive the customer onboarding journey through technical expertise in available customizations and ensure requirements are met during implementation;

Act as a trusted advisor collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Customer Success, and R&D to ensure solutions meet expectations and technical feasibility;

Stay informed on industry trends, competitive solutions, and evolving IT/OT technologies to provide thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders. Must haves

3+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Solution Engineer, or similar role within the IT or OT software industry servicing large accounts;

Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals, TCP vs UDP troubleshooting, and routing basics;

Experience working with VPNs and proxy authentication scenarios;

Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting firewall rules inbound and outbound;

Awareness of conditional access and secure gateway concepts;

Knowledge of ports and protocols;

Expertise in enterprise software solutions, preferably in IT/OT integration, data analytics, cloud technologies, or industrial IoT;

Strong understanding of enterprise environments, including challenges, architectures, and decision-making processes;

Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences;

Experience with enterprise-level SaaS implementation engagements and solution design;

Proficiency with modern tools and platforms such as cloud infrastructure, virtualization, APIs, and middleware;

Fluency in English. Nice to haves

Experience integrating or working with tools such as ServiceNow, secure web gateways or zero-trust platforms, and other ITSM, IAM, or security proxy solutions;
