Solutions Engineer - English

We are seeking a Solution Engineer based in Madrid to serve as the technical lead for key account projects. This role requires a professional with a strong technical pedigree from ICT vendors or top-tier system integrators , specializing in the guidance and support of large-scale, high-impact projects.

Project Leadership: Act as the primary technical lead in collaboration with account sales for specific customer projects. Drive the introduction of existing and updated H3C products and solutions in the local market from a technical standpoint.

Technical Analysis: Lead the investigation and analysis of customer-specific ICT network infrastructures. Provide management with short-term and long-term product sales forecasts, special reports, and technical analyses.

Knowledge Leadership: Maintain professional and technical expertise through workshops, publications, and professional networks.

Training & Support: Provide expert-level technical assistance and training to client users as needed. Develop comprehensive network/systems documentation and technical proposals.

Preferred experience working with ICT Vendors (Manufacturers) or Top-tier System Integrators .

Project Experience: Proven experience in leading and supporting major/sizeable ICT projects (Major Project Guidance & Support).

Language Skills: Working proficiency in Spanish and English .

Mobility: Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
