Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Spain Online Language School Franchise Partnership. The partner will oversee the launch and growth of Lingua Learn’s virtual language school in Spain, including local market development and brand positioning.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential learners and corporate clients, coordinating online training offerings, and managing the delivery of language courses. The partner will collaborate with Lingua Learn’s global team, implement franchise guidelines, and ensure high-quality learner experiences.
Responsibilities also include basic business administration, monitoring performance metrics, and promoting services through appropriate communication channels.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for engaging with learners, corporate clients, and the Lingua Learn global team
- Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market opportunities and track performance
- Writing and Training skills to support clear program documentation and effective learning delivery
- Experience in education, language training, franchising, or online services is highly beneficial
- Comfort working independently in a remote, contract setting with a high degree of accountability
- Business development or sales experience, especially in the Spanish market, is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional language skills are a plus
- Relevant tertiary education in business, education, languages, or a related field preferred
