Support the delivery of payroll and Social Security processes in line with agreed calendars, procedures and KPIs
Assist with Spanish Social Security administration activities, including:
Employee registrations and terminations (altas y bajas)
Handling Social Security events such as sick leave (IT), maternity/paternity, and other statutory absences
Supporting CASIA case management and communications where applicable
Provide first‑level support to employee and client queries related to payroll and HR administration, escalating complex cases when required
Ensure HR and payroll data is accurately maintained and updated in HRIS and payroll systems
Respond to tickets and calls within SLA, ensuring a high‑quality and professional service
Follow Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs), report any gaps or inconsistencies, and support updates as needed
Use payroll systems, HR tools and MS Office applications effectively (especially Excel)
Complete SOC controls accurately and on time, providing the required evidence
Report system issues or defects correctly, logging tickets with clear documentation and evidence
Escalate deviations from the standard scope of service to the Service Manager
Handle sensitive and confidential information in line with data protection and company policies
Complete all mandatory training and learning objectives within the defined timelines
Ensure accurate and timely completion of time recording
Adhere to STRADA security standards and internal policies
Actively participate in team meetings, raising issues or risks proactively
Stay up to date with company HR communications and announcements
Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and other lines of business
Provide timely and accurate updates to internal stakeholders when required
Participate in projects, testing activities and process improvement initiatives as assigned
Basic knowledge or initial hands‑on experience in Spanish payroll and Social Security administration
Exposure to processes such as employee onboarding/offboarding, Social Security registrations, and statutory leaves
Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems
Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
High school diploma or equivalent
6 months to 2 years of experience in Payroll, HR Administration or HR Operations in an HR consulting, outsourcing or corporate environment
Initial knowledge of Spanish Social Security processes and payroll data handling
Practical exposure to Social Security administration (altas, bajas, IT, maternity/paternity, CASIA)
Previous experience supporting payroll or HR services for Spain
Relevant training or coursework in HR, payroll or labour administration
