Sr. Recruitment Consultant - Tech & Engineering

ISG Spain, a growing tech and engineering recruitment specialist, seeks a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to own end-to-end mandates for mid/large European clients. You'll blend high-touch search with business development to deliver top results from a boutique environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: Sourcing, assessment, and placement of tech/engineering talent (e.g., software architects, automation engineers).
• Drive business development: Prospect mid/large EU firms via LinkedIn, calls, and events; build a personal pipeline targeting €200k+ annual billings.
• Leverage proprietary processes (skills benchmarking, client audits) to win retainers and upsell from search to RPO bundles.
• Collaborate with our international offices, ensuring 95%+ client satisfaction and fast cycles.

Requirements

• 3+ years in agency recruitment, ideally tech/engineering or executive search.
• Proven biller: €150k+ personal revenue track record with end-to-end ownership.
• Hunter mentality: Comfortable with 50+ weekly outreaches; active prospecting
• Bilingual (Spanish/English); German/French advantageous for EU expansion.
• Hybrid Madrid base: 3 days office for team synergy, remote flexibility.
